Shipping Policy

MY OFFICE FURNITURE 2U is available to ships to any street, city address in Peninsular Malaysia. If you wish for your order to be shipped to any other country, kindly e-mail to us at sales.myofficefurniture2u@gmail.com or contact us 03-8082 6622.

We deliver our customer orders through our in-house team or third party forwarding delivery service providers. Items will typically production is requiring a minimum of seven (7) up to fourteen (14) business days (exclude weekend or public holiday) to arrive customer address within Malaysia For furniture items ship to other country will require period of Twenty One (21) up to Forty Five (45) business days (exclude weekend or public holiday) to arrive customer destination.

Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Saturday, between 9.00 am 6:00 pm. You may select your preferred delivery option during checkout.


Shipping Rates

Refer to the shipping table for your reference. These rates are only applicable for orders in Malaysia. Shipping rates and duration for individual items can be found by scrolling down on any product pages under Shipping info for delivery fees for outstation refer to our shipping chart.

Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by e-mail.

Our company normally will consolidate your items into one single order and ship them together. We always advise the customer on estimation of delivery upon confirmation Our team will do a call for customer as reminder delivery.

Besides, MY OFFICE FURNITURE 2U may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees. In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our sales personnel within seven ( days from the DELIVERY date and a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charges.


Packages and Delivery Arrangement

Progress Flow: -
• Confirmation Order, our team will reply within 24 hours (except Sunday or Public holiday)
• Once confirmation details, the order is proceeding material for production within 10 days exclude weekend
• Done production, our team will prepare packaging or wrapping.
• Once done packaging, our team will follow the schedule or state or city to deliver arrangement accordingly.
• For Export, our team will do arrangement the packaging inside container.
• Before delivery, customer service team will do contact customer for reminder delivery schedule.

⇒ For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly inform us so at least 3 working days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements, else there will be a RM20 charge for any last minute changes.
⇒ Please ensure the size of your loading lifts (if Condominium/Apartment) can fit the furniture ordered

• Purchased items will be delivered to your doorstep and/or transported to your desired space. Installation of your purchased furniture (if applicable) and removal and disposal of all packaging materials from your premises will also be done by us.
• In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you not being contactable to schedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 30 Days only from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response within the time period given, your order will be cancelled without refunds.


Holding of Order

MY OFFICE FURNITURE 2U provide extra service to hold your order for a maximum of 30 Days from the earliest date (invoice date) that your order can be delivered from our warehouse storage fee of 3% per day of commencement will be charge. Self Collection

In an urgent situation, we are welcome the customer to self-collect your order from our warehouse. Kindly inform us or email to us in advance 3 days before pick up. If no previous delivery attempts have been made to deliver your order, your shipping fees will be fully refunded.

If you fail to collect your order within 30 Days of the pre-scheduled collection date, your order will be cancelled without payment refunds.


Return Policy (Only Applicable for Online Transaction)

Kindly ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

• Within 30 days after delivery
• New condition and unused
• Original packaging without open
• Item is not marked as “As Is” or “Sales Item” (indicated on the product page)
• Either the item is self returned to our warehouse, or a RM150 pickup fee Klang valley) will be charged.

MY OFFICE FURNITURE 2U reserves the right to reject and no accept any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions.


Return Process

Kindly write an email include explanation and picture reference. Our customer service representative to get back to you within 3 working days with the best available timing for us to pick up the item.
Please be reminded that returns with items that do not meet the Return Eligibility conditions will be rejected. Eligibility conditions will be rejected.

Please note:

• Our 30 day return policy does not apply to “As Is” or “Sales item” items, self-assembly items, items that have been removed from their original packaging, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, products damaged after receipt of delivery and sale items.

• Voucher codes cannot be reissued if you return your order. Meaning, you will not be able to use the same voucher code for another order if the promotion has ended.


Cancellation Policy

Placed an order but change your mind? No worries!

You can cancel your order with no additional charge and receive a full refund of the item(s) you wish to cancel must in same day before 4 hours or before order start production.
Refund will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment except credit card will deduct the interest.

Unfortunately, after you have received item an email confirming your order delivery, delivery costs will be non-refundable and there is a pick-up fee 10 % of total orders amount.  Other situation is cancellation order before delivery, our company policy is no allow for refund due to wrong order, business no operate, lockdown of covid 19 or others.

The reason because of the item would already be loaded onto our delivery truck and on its way to your site and we would already have incurred costs to prepare and schedule your delivery. The item is reserve for your order once get confirmation from your side.
